Support manager
We're looking for a Customer Success manager with good English knowledge and great attention to detail.
Must have:
Advanced English skills
Competent written English
Developed communication and business correspondence skills
Ability to explain complex processes in simple language
Customer focus and analytical skills
What to do:
Processing incoming requests in chat mode
to have:
Experience in Blockchain and Crypto field
Tracking and processing support requests (via CRM, social media, Slack channels, etc.)
Analyze incoming requests, solve them or transform them into tasks and direct them to responsible specialists
Preparation of ready-made text scripts (templates) for processing user requests
Experience working in Fintech, Banking
Involvement and desire to develop in your specialization
Able to work at night
Working with partners to process requests
